Insider's look
If you passed up a trip to the Oscars because you didn't know what to do after your family jet landed at the airport, you must have missed Sally Horchow's take on the topic.
The youngest daughter of Dallas couple Carolyn and Roger Horchow, who lives on the Left Coast, penned a three-quarter-page spread in the Feb. 20 New York Times Travel Section.
Ms. Horchow also writes for online readers at Daily Candy.
In the Times, she offered an insider's look at where to stay, eat and kill time on Oscar weekend.
How to get around? "Call Beverly Hills Rent-a-Car" and choose a "Hummer H2 ($349 a day), a new Rolls-Royce Phantom ($2,995 a day)," she writes, or "for Leo-lovers, an economical, but trendy, Honda hybrid ($89 a day)."
